Services
Key Holding Service.
Key Holding & Property Inspection includes:
- Service option: once or twice a month inspections.
- Opening and airing of the property.
- Water checks- opening taps, leak detection, flushing toilets to keep drains free of odours.
- Electricity checks – Ensure interior and exterior lighting is functioning.
- Collection of post from communal post boxes and delivery into your property.
- Photo report.
- Follow up checks resulting from any issues reported during inspections.
- Contact point for property emergencies (in the event anything out of the ordinary happens).
- Keys held in secured safe box with required owner authorization for key access 24/7.
Regular inspections are carried out during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.00 – 18.00
Outside normal office hours a charge of 50€ + IVA per visit will be charged to include emergency call out.
The contract is valid for 12 months from the time of signing.
An annual fee will be charged at the commencement of the agreement.
This Key Holding Service offer does not extend to rental properties
